Before working with the public and helping them achieve their real estate needs, Mike graduated from York University with a Specialized Honours Degree in Urban and Regional Development. From there, he became a Certified Title Analyst for Teranet (the company that automated Ontario’s land registry system and converted it to land titles), and worked with real estate lawyers across Canada ensuring they were equipped with the products and services they needed for their own success.
When asked, the most important recipe to Mike’s success is providing the greatest customer service experience to his buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. Mike has sold homes in all price ranges from starter homes to million-dollar properties, downtown condominiums and investment properties – he has also been a consistent award winner since 2014. Clients appreciate his flexibility, low pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what a client wants, negotiation and analytic skills, and his ability to accurately price and market a home effectively.
